Happy Independence Day!! I do not know what this day means for you. But, it has always meant family, bbq, music and fireworks for me. It's the quintessential summer holiday. It has been the kick off for Essence Music Festival in New Orleans for 17 years now. This is the first year I do not think I am attending.
